Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from usclothing.co.uk and is operated by U&S CLOTHING LTD.

1. Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Size change

  • Different color (subject to availability)

  • Replacement of defective items

Exchange Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items if the seal has been removed

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

  • We will cover return shipping

  • You may choose an exchange or full refund
