1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may return the item under our Return & Refund Policy within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
