  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We use secure payment providers, and we do not store your payment details.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location:

    • UK: 2–5 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.

5. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

6. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders are processed quickly and sent to production shortly after being placed.

  • You may request a cancellation or change within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

  • Non-customised items may be returned within 28 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Minor variations may occur in customised items due to the production process
