Customised Products

All customised items (such as clothing with names, dates, or personal designs) are made specifically for you. Because of this:

  • Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

  • If your customised product arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is not what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • We cannot accept returns for customised items due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Personalisation errors provided by the customer

Non-Customised Products

For items that are not personalised, you may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags still attached.

  • You contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
