We aim to deliver high-quality, custom-made products that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our refund policy below for full details.
Customised Products
All customised items (such as clothing with personal names, dates, or designs) are made to order just for you. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on customised products unless the item is faulty.
- If your customised item is damaged, has a printing error, or is not what you ordered, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customised items due to size issues, change of mind, or incorrect personalisation provided by the customer.
Non-Customised Products
If the item you purchased is not customised, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with tags still attached.
- You must request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Return Window
- All return requests must be submitted within 28 days of receiving your order.
- We cannot accept any return requests made after this period.
How to Request a Return or Report a Fault

- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide you with return instructions or confirm the replacement.
