Customised Products
All customised items (such as clothing with personal names, dates, or designs) are made to order just for you. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on customised products unless the item is faulty.
- If your customised item is damaged, has a printing error, or is not what you ordered, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customised items due to size issues, change of mind, or incorrect personalisation provided by the customer.
Non-Customised Products
If the item you purchased is not customised, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with tags still attached.
- You must request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
